TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms below, exceptions can be discussed during the commission process if the exceptions are reasonable.

  1. SUBMISSION AND COMPLETION

  • All notifications and submission will be done through E-MAIL and/or GOOGLE DRIVE. You will be sent a ZIP file containing all necessary files.

  • please provide visual references for clarity and easier work.

  • All requests will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified as soon as possible within 2-3 days.

  • If I do not contact you within 3 days, it is likely that I am working on other commissions and cannot complete your request at that time. please refer to my Twitter/X for commission availability and updates.

  • Regarding time frames between starting the commission and completion, it varies depending on the level of quality, especially with 3D models. I also have other responsibilities outside of commissions as well, but I give myself minimum 30 to 90 DAYS for all works to ensure the best quality I can provide.

  • I will keep you notified regarding stages of completion with SKETCHES, RENDERS and/or 3D SNAPSHOTS. Please notify me of any changes or additional details during the early stages of work. I will be sure to ask you if you would like any changes or revisions when appropriate.

  • Live 2D rigging and set up for live 2D rigging

  • work in game engines (Unreal, unity, etc.)

  • 3D and 2D animation

  1. PRICING

  • Pricing takes into account the level of quality, time and whether or not what you are requesting involves 2D or 3D as each medium has different workloads.

  • I only accept USD currency, and payments through PayPal

  • Once we have reached an agreement regarding the commission price, I will request an upfront payment of HALF the agreed amount. once the commission has been completed, then the remaining difference will be requested.

  • I will NOT start the commission until the first payment has been received.

  • If you are not satisfied with the final product, I will NOT give refunds nor redo the work. However, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed upon, I will do my best to make corrections.

3D CHARACTER/PROP MODELING

Includes BASE 3D MODEL, TEXTURES, TEXTURE SETUP, and NORMAL EDITING(if requested). All modeling and textures are set up in "BLENDER".

  1. USAGE AGREEMENT

  • All of my works will include my watermark which you are not permitted to remove, but separate files will be provided without one.

  • You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes unless we discussed and came to an agreement before I begin working.

  • You may not copy, trace, or resell my artwork.

  • You may not claim my art as your own.

  • You must credit me in any place that is easily visible and accessible on either your channel, bio, stream, etc. If you're reposting my art, please include the credit in the post or the top comment.

  • I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes. This includes live streams and other media sharing platforms.

  • you can print my work for PERSONAL USE, like making a sticker or a poster.

  • You may not use my art to train AI or use as an NFT in any way, shape, or form.
